- Timelines & Responsibilities – Clearly states the critical dates and individual responsibilities to ensure effective execution of the plan’s strategies and tactics.
- Budget – Details costs associated with the implementation of individual activities.
- Measurement – Measurable goals and objectives based on established key metrics.
